Great location, outdated furniture, friendly host Positive: Host was very friendly and professional, location very central in a vibrant and fancy neighborhood Negative: Apartment is rather outdated. The apartment is clean but the furniture (especially sofa) and window covers could really use an upgrade. Heating system and warm water were not working upon arrival, even though it was winter. Luckily the host guided me through instructions on how to fix the boiler, and a handyman was called to fix the problem in the evening.

Expectations not exceeded... Faulty bathroom door and no hand soap provided for the bathroom Positive: It was fine for one night, but I am glad we didn't stay for longer Negative: Toilet/bathroom did not have soap, which we were very surprised/disappointed by. Shampoo or conditioner also were not included. My partner also got stuck in the bathroom as the door is broken and hasn't been installed or fixed properly (he's a carpenter and knows this trade). Bin mechanism is broken, coffee table draws missing etc. For what we paid we just expected more than what we got...

Apartment okay, Lage gut Positive: Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in diesem Apartment. Toll ist, dass das WC und das Bad getrennt sind, auch wenn ziemlich klein, aber trotzdem praktisch. Die Terrasse ist auch toll, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher alles ist vorhanden. Im Großen und Ganzen ist es ein gutes Appartement in einer tollen Lage. Negative: Naja, ein bisschen renoviert gehört die Wohnung meiner Meinung nach, aber für unsere Zwecke ganz okay.

Positive: Die Wohnung war super, im Schlafzimmer ist es zur Toilette und zur Dusche ein bisschen eng, aber es hat gepasst.
