Positive: Good location, comfortable bed, free access to laundry and dryer. We also appreciated having a smart TV, microwave oven, fridge and dishwasher in the room. Negative: Apartment (especially the bathroom) and laundry area were not so clean. Limited number of coffee pods and toilet paper provided. No response when I asked about an issue with the kettle or the entrance gate. Not recommended for light sleepers, you can hear footsteps of the neighbors upstairs and in the stairwell.

Gute Lage ist empfehlenswert Positive: Sauber, gute Lage direkt in der Altstadt . Gut ausgestattet: es gab einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschküche im Keller des Hauses . Negative: Man könnte die Küche besser ausstatten. Es gab nicht mal Salz und Pfeffer oder Zucker .

solo una poisizione strategica. il resto da migliorare Positive: Posizione facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione e perfetta per visitare il centro storico compresa la zona dei musei. Bella la progettazione della casa però molto mal conservata. Negative: Scala strettissima di accesso alla casa (da escludere per persone anziane o con problemi motori) e ancora più stretta e ripida per il deposito bagagli (di fatto inutilizzabile). Pessimo stato di conservazione con zanzare morte alle pareti, phon staccato dal muro e pareti rovinate. Assistenza approssimativa e quasi assente (alla domanda di quale bus utilizzare per la stazione mi è stato risposto di consultare google)
