Disappointed Positive: The location was great. Negative: They offer air conditioning but is not true, the equipments are broken, they put a portátil AC but is not installed so yo have to take the exhausting pipe out through the window and loose the air you are producing and the area is noisy. We did not feel save because the apartment shows real signs of structural damage.

Positive: Ubicación Negative: Las escaleras tanto de acceso al apartamento como las interiores

Positive: El lugar es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, excelente. La ubicación muy buena. Es para 2 o 3 personas, más no. Negative: Las escaleras son extremadamente chicas y en caracol lo que puede ser dificultoso para personas grandes. Deberían dejar más bolsas para la Basura e indicar dónde y cuándo sacarla del departamento. Mandé un mensaje por booking y nunca respondieron.

Muy a gusto Positive: La cama, la ubicación, el balcón Negative: Las escaleras tanto de dentro del apartamento como las de fuera, un poco complicadas. Dependiendo de la persona podría tener problemas para subirlas

Nicht gut, Wohnung nicht sauber und Kontakt mit Vermieterin war nicht gut Negative: Es gab keine funktionierende Klimaanlage, obwohl es in der Anzeige stand. Das Problem scheint es wohl schon länger zu geben. Zudem hat sich die Vermieterin nicht mehr gemeldet, nachdem wir nach einem Ventilator gefragt haben (bei 32 Grad). Zudem war die Wohnung nicht sauber und es gab einen Wasserschaden an der Dusche. Nachdem wir der Vermieterin das mitgeteilt haben, sagte sie nur, dass wir nicht mehr wirklich duschen sollen und das Problem irgendwann anders gelöst wird.
