Positive: buona posizione e abbastanza ben arredato - ma all'arrivo mancava il sapone per le mani e la richiesta di venire a sistemare la Tv e portare una nuova spugnetta per i piatti (quella presente era stra-usata) è rimasta inascoltata. I cestini per l'immondizia erano troppo piccoli per soggiorni di 4 notti Negative: scarsa reattività del management

Good room, bad customer service Positive: The room is good and in a central location. Negative: The hot water wasn’t working during my stay. When I messaged the owner on WhatsApp, she asked me to look at the boiler in the staircase cupboard myself and try to deal with it. I sent some photos back to her and, when she gave follow-up instructions and I went back to the boiler the next day, the door was locked, presumably by one of the cleaning staff. I don’t expect to have cold water and try to sort out a boiler when I’m paying close to £100 a night.

Positive: The location was awesome , the room was perfect for me and very comfortable, great amenities and had everything I needed for a week stay. Negative: There wasn't anything I didn't like , it was great and everything needed was there.

Light blue parrot Positive: Het ligt echt op een top plek in de stad. Fijne communicatie alles verliep heel voorspoedig. Het is een comfortabel appartement met veel faciliteiten. Negative: De prullenbakken waren en beetje klein en geen nieuwe prullenzakken. Er zat ook een boterhamzakje als vuilniszak in de glasbak dat pastte niet. Verder was het laken echt wel vies, echter is dit gewoon goed opgelost dus geen probleem!! Overal echt een super plek ik zal graag nog een keer gaan.

Positive: De locatie, lekker rustig gelegen maar direct om de hoek tal van horeca en winkels. De ventilator aan het plafond was ook echt heerlijk met een ruime 30 graden buiten! Negative: N.v.t.
