Wij hebben het fijn gehad in Antwerpen in deze locatie. Positive: IN het centrum van de stad, fijn centraal gelegen. Groter als ik verwachtte, verschillende ruimtes. Negative: Drie toegangscodes waarvan er 1 een cijfer miste. In de keuken achterstallig onderhoud aan koelkast enz.

Disappointing Positive: The property is very secure. Very convenient location within easy reach of the main sights. Supermarket nearby. Carparks nearby. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Negative: In principle it should be easy to enter the property, there are three different keypads to enter a code. However, the key pads to the main door and the apartment door are very temperamental and it can take several attempts to make them work. The dishwasher did not wash the dishes well, the fridge is not working, with the freezer compartment completely iced up and the bottom of the fridge full of water. There is a lamp in the living room that doesn't work and the frame of the door of the microwave was badly damaged and partially hanging off. Whilst it is mentioned in the description that the apartment is on the third floor, the stairs are extremely narrow and steep and it is difficult to maneuver suitcases up them. The property needs some general maintenance. We got no response whatsoever to our email informing the owner about the fridge. It is essential to have a working fridge.
