The Red With Pearls

Positive: Great location. Lovely apartment. Negative: The apartment itself was lovely, very clean, in a great location and we were really pleased with it on arrival. Unfortunately, our stay was significantly affected by noise from the apartment above. We experienced excessive noise during the early hours on both Friday and Saturday night, including shouting in the corridor, music blasting, repeated door slamming and furniture being dragged across the floor. On Saturday this continued until around 2am and we were then woken again at approximately 4:30am by slamming doors. I reported the issue on Friday and was told guests would be reminded of the quiet hours. Unfortunately, the following night was even worse. I contacted the property again to explain what had happened, but disappointingly my message was never acknowledged or responded to. It’s a real shame because the apartment itself was lovely. I completely appreciate that the property cannot control every guest’s behaviour, but I would have expected repeated disruption during quiet hours to be taken more seriously. The lack of response, poor sound insulation and two nights of disturbed sleep unfortunately really affected our stay.

Emplacement TB confort limité. Negative: Équipement qui fonctionne (climatisation, lave-vaisselle, éclairage)

Prima locatie, vaker geweest. Leuke plek. Jammer dat de airco defect was. Negative: Airco was stuk. In combinatie met veel muggen zorgde dit voor een slechte nacht

Positive: La ubicación Negative: Es el apartamento más sucio en el que he estado nunca, con diferencia. Afortunadamente el inodoro, la ducha y el lavabo estaban limpios, pero la cámara no consigue captar lo sucio que estaba el suelo... Al llegar, tras 14 horas de viaje, hemos salido a comprar detergente lavavajillas para limpiar un poco el suelo, la peor bienvenida.
